Kaç yıllık evlisin? Umarım hanımın iyidir ve birlikte mutlusunuzdur. Evli olmak harika bir şey!
Evliysen ne diye barda çalışıyorsun? Barda özel birisine rastladın mı hiç?

Re: Ne yapıyorsun?
etmek is more like an auxiliary verb, it doesn´t mean anything on its own. I noticed an interesting article about it here:

To me,
Ne yapıyorsun ?....is close to "what are you physically doing ?"
Ne ediyorsun ? is close to "How are you handling it?" or "How are you getting on?"; it may even pass for "How are you ?" (ni´diysin?, in my own local dialect)
"Etmek", btw, does have a meaning on its own...Guess what "İçine edeceğim" means ?

Yes,they use "ne yapıyorsun?" in that kind of speaking..
ex.: you´re calling your friend on tlf and when he is answering your call you ask: what are you doing? ( ne yapıyorsun? )
To ti je isto kao:što radiš? kad razgovaraš sa prijateljima.Možeš i reći :ne haber? =šta ima novo ili: ne var ne yok?
bdw,I never heard my turkish friends asking : ne ediyorsun, it was always ne yapıon ( ne yapıyorsun)

Nemanja, why everytime you ask a question you keep reminding us that "you are serbian" ? we know very well that you are serbian.
She [Valide Sultan] calls "Sultan Süleyman" as "Aslanım " ==> Aslan [Lion] + ım [my] ===> My Lion
As a mother she sees her son as strong as a Lion, thats why she calls him as "Aslanım".

Dont turn it into a racial discussion please. I have NO problem with any Nation. I just said that because its become bit irritating to repeating your being serbian [ remember your old posts] not only for this post..As I said I have no problem with Serbian People, the only Serbians that I have problem are mass murderers such as Milosevic and his gang. And I know very well that they dont represent the Serbian People. I had some Serbian friends in the past and they were good people......got it ?
