I am glad with what you said Abla... When I post an ask for a translation it is because I can´t get the whole meaning of a sentence. I am actually kinda hurt by what she/he said. If some people there are expert and can learn easily a foreign language by claping theyr hands : good for them. Sorry to appears stupid and lazy to ask for translation on this site and, moreover stupid and easy sentences from Facebook where manly of Turkish friends discuss....
I am French and when my Turkish friends ask me to correct their French I would never said them : how can you improve your Turkish if you can´t help yourself ? They often do little mistake on sentences wich appears to me simple. I never think that with the time´s going by they shouldn´t make any mistakes or ask me if it is "this or that" they should have used. That behave wouldn´t be constructing and encouraging. Anyway...

I wish every learner send their translation attempts on the forum. Most of learners feel shy or fraid of making mistake, the more we make mistake the better we will learn, as we learn from our mistakes. I have learnt many things on this site since I became member. I´d like to say my thanks to the person[s] who is[are] created this useful website.

What do you mean by "kind of imaginary"? At first I thought you were turkish which made me even more disappointed. It appears you are a learner whose learning is far improved than mine obviously and you are looking forward to learn from more "complex" sentences than those who seems to constantly heading here. Am I wrong? I accept your apologies but you should know that you are not the only one who has ever said complained about it wich make me think I don´t have my place here sometimes lol.

I think most of us have been forced to ask themselves now and then whether they have come to this site to feel insulted or to learn Turkish. If you choose to feel insulted then do not read what Elena has written - she is the friendliest member we have - concentrate on thorny and not so nice people like me or AlphaF.

Too bad, it´s is too late^^. Wha´ts funny is that a learner has been corrected by an higher learner and then complain about the origine of the sentence she wasn´t FORCED at all to translate. i mean if the sentence doesn´t please you, go ahead and find something more "juicy and fun to translate" ... Is it my fault if I want to understand "rubbish" turkish my friends are talking? When i see those kind of commentaries at first I am kinda "WTF"??? and then I laugh because when i show them that i understand what they are saying and can even put me at their "low" standart and they congrat me with stars on eyes for trying to speak with them humbly with my so low level of turkish. My friends appreciate it and that´s the best gift.

Özlemenin saati yoktur, ağlamanın olmadığı gibi.
ok. lets go back to your translation . First step ;
Özlemenin saati ---> In this construction ;
Özlemek = to long for, to miss someone
saat --> saat referring to "time" here.
look at the endings "nin" and "i"
can you give a guess ?

another clue ;
Özlemenin saati
"özleme" is a verbal noun which can be translated as " longing - missing"
saati ---> time of --> saat + i [ i here is a possesive marking]
so put them together.
