Do you mean "to read me book" or to "to read my book"? Because there is a difference:

Do you read me book? Bana kitap okuyor musun?

Do you read my book? Benim kitabımı okuyor musun?

Do you read my book? Benim kitabımı okuyor musun?

Just to complicate things further ....

In English we have just one way of asking it "Are you reading my book?" but this can be two different questions, depending on where we put the emphasis.

Using bold to differentiate:

Are you reading my book? means "Are you reading my book or doing something else?"

Are you reading my book? means  "Are you reading my book or reading some other book?"

In Turkish we make this difference clear bu moving the question word "mu" to be next to the thing we are asking to clarify.

So:

Are you reading my book?

is

Kitabımı okuyor musun?

while

Are you reading my book?

is

Kitabımı mı okuyorsun.
