It is going very tired because I dont study well but it worths everything in this world..we are living our religion,it sounds good

i think fast is good for health. it's look like detox. if you fast only 12 hours for water and meal, it is not mean you will not drink water 2 lites. becasue you can drink after you fast. i think it's good time for control mind. don't forget now weather at Turkey is autumn, so it's not hot. i think if you want to fast really, you should not smoke because cigarette will give bad health for you too.

Certainly you are right...Fast is good for health because body needs rest sometimes and fast is the best way it for resting..Imagine how machines need mend body is same..
