you should use question suffixes "mi"(sentence suffix, not word suffix).
+Türkçe çalışıyorum.
-Hâlâ mı?
+Evet...
-Yemek yapıyorum.
+Hâlâ mı?

* "I see" meaning "I understand" would translate as "Anladım." into Turkish. And, if you want to use an exclamation like in "oh, i see" then you can use either "Hmm, anladım" or "Haa, anladım" or even "Oo, anladım." But I don't know if any of these exclamations are actually used in written Turkish.
* A translation for "and so on" would depend on how you used it in a sentence.

İ meant 'and so on' like
When you are giving examples for something,so at the end you would say, 'and so on ' like ect.

İ didn't have lunch yet.
Ohh,Still ?
İ am working.
Oh,Still ?
1st:
Hala öğle yemeği yemedim.
Hala mı?
2nd
Hala çalışıyorum.
Hala mı?
BUT: I think in the first sentence the word "daha" would help distinguish between the two sentences.
(1st sentence is negative)
So: In english you ask using "yet?"
And in turkish you can answer with yet too.
Daha öğle yemeği yemedim.
Daha yemedin mi?
Note that you can't say only "Daha?" Or "Daha mı?"
