Quoting cooldude:

So why can't you say yarın hastane gitmeliyorum ?????

gitmeliyim

-meli can't be used with tenses generally. Only past tense can be ok, but it has a different meaning.

gitmeliydim or gitmeliymişim (but you didn't go)

gitmeliyim can be used. Do you ask about my explanations?

Quoting cooldude:

or should i say yarın hastane'ye gitymeliyorum

hastane'ye
The apostrophe is only used for proper nouns - people, places, etc - not for commom nouns. "To the hospital" is "hastaneye" but "To Istanbul" is "İstanbul'a".

gitymeliyorum
"Yarın" (tomorrow) is in the future so it would be strange to use a present tense to describe it. In any case the necessitive suffix is never* used with present or future tense suffixes.

* I have occasionally seen the -meli- suffix used with the simple past suffix. But not with any other tense suffix. Perhaps someone could clarify if the -meli- suffix can be used with the -mış- suffix or other tense suffixes.....

yarın zorundayım gitmek hastane..

Nearly correct.

Yarın hastane ye(=to) gitmek zorundayım.

Cyrano,

Are you saying that:
Yarın zorundayım gitmek hastaneye
is a meaningful sentence???
Surely the order is incorrect......

Cyrano

Ahh, Cyrano, Cyrano!... I do miss him with my whole heart and a lot! Have I said "him"? Oh, I often make this mistake, I should have said "myself"! I do miss myself, my old "I". But, sadly, I did lose my innocence.
