thats a really rude curse!! I think you should not learn the meaning.. but what I recommend you is that, never and ever talk to that guy again..

In fact my politeness doesnt allow to translate it but I will try to explain it as polite as I can..
He wants to have sexual relation with your sister, and a vaginal intercourse with you and he calls you dog,
sorry it is really harsh can be translated that polite only

In fact I am not only sorry for you but also sorry for reading that a Turkish guy can be that rude and harsh and impolite... I hope he will not cause you to think that majority of Turks are that impolite.. belive me that we are not!!
