Hello ladies and gentelmen... some body can help me to translate this paragraph, please:

I only wanna be the man
to give you everything I can
every day and every night
love you for all my life.
I don't wanna change the world
as long as you're my girl
it's more than enough,
just to be the man you love.

Tnks

Alf

I only wanna be the man
biri olmak istiyorum
to give you everything I can
sana verebilecek herseyi verebilen
every day and every night
her gece ve her gunduz..
love you for all my life.
butun hayatım boyunca seviyorum..
I don't wanna change the world
dünyayı değiştirmek istemiyorum.
as long as you're my girl
sen benim oldugun sürece..
it's more than enough,
dunya gereksiz..
just to be the man you love.
sadece senin sevdigin biri olmak istiyorum. .
--
man is " ADAM" but " biri is better ..
i changed some words to make the poetry better..

it depends on the sentence...
if we use " adam " instead of " biri " it would be rude.. this is a romantic poem.. so " biri " is better..
but in ur example ..we can use it .. coz we re talkin about the bad things about the men ...

Sana herşeyi veren adam olmak istiyorum.
Her gün ve her gece, bütün hayatı boyunca seni seven.
Benim olduğun sürece dünyayı değiştrmek istemiyorum yeterince fazla.. sadece seni seven adam olmak istiyorum.

Hey guys, do not be misled by Alf's poem. Give her the straight truth. Try my poem, instead )))))))))

I only want to be the man
To give you things I can spare
Some days and nights
I will love you, with no lies
I dont want to change the world
The honest truth remains
All I need is a little spice.

i mean generally girls re lookin for more than these specialities.. for ex they want
- quite romantic
- handsome

Absolutely right uYkuSuz - I was being ironic - appreciating Alpha's realistic no-nonsense approach to love. Speaking for myself - a romantic partner would be great but in reality it doesn't last and Alpha's amusing interpretation of the original poem is much nearer to truth

I have the boots, I have the hat, I can do what's needed with my hair and my husband is not in the picture for years now. So, would you and sanja be kind enought to teach me this dance? I have a feeling I m gonna need it for your wedding ceremony
