This question is un-answerable, because when you use 'comparatives' like taller / fatter tehre must be something to compare with!! The elephant is fatter than what? And the giraf is taller than what?

If the elephant is fatter than a giraffe is tall? That just depends onw hat you comapre it with, and actually then ur comparing apples with pears instead of comparing 2 of the same kind.

In any case i vote for the African elephant, as their weight is usually around 7000Kgs and their height only differs around 30-50 cm with a female giraffe, whereas the weight of a female giraffe is 'only' 950 kgs.

So what's the answer Yusuf, I'm sure there's a joke somehwere behind it

In spite of what you say about Scots people yusuf I think an elephant is definately fatter than a giraffe and if it stood on its hind legs and extended its trunk it would be taller as well

Is the giraffe taller? Yes (the giraffe is taller)

This reminded me of a joke we were saying as kids:

- Have you ever seen an elephant hiding behind a tulip?
- No!
- Huh! Do you see how well it is hiding?

Brrrrr it got cold around here!

...we also had these kinds of jokes in Sweden when I was a kid...a couple of centuries ago...

– What time is it when an elephant sits on a fence?
– Time to get a new fence.

A: Open the door. Put the elephant in. Close the door

A: Open the door. Get the elephant out. Put the giraffe in. Close the door

Why do elephants walk on four feet?
Because if they flew, you could never keep your car clean. :-S

How do you stop an elephant from passing through the eye of a needle?
Tie a knot in its tail.
