It is shorthened form of  "evleneceğim" which means "I will get married"

evlen - ecek - im  ---> evleneceğim

Ne evlenecem translates as " Why will I get married  ? " 

Here dont take "ne" literal, it rather means " Why should I ?

I think you can say:

Hayir, çocuksu bir kızlı evlenmeyeceğim.

(No, with a childish girl, I will not marry)

Hayır, çocuksu bir kızla evlenmeyeceğim. (kız ile -> kızla because of major vowel harmony)
