Many times instead of " nasılsınız" i heard something that sound like "nasılnız" . Is this used in spoken turkish ?

After statistics most of visitors being from Turkey ( Turkey time) will be better to be use Turkey"s time...

The answer from a turkish was that this is a more friendly way to say " sağol"

It is from sağol...but in when can be used ? and from where comes that "asın" part..i really dont know

I heard many times something that sounds like " sağolasın" if somebody can explain when its used i apreciate it.
