I'm with you, Rhoda. Most people around me are the same way.
It's a bit unsettling to see how little our kids really learn about the world while they're in school.

Thanks for the laugh Attila!

No matter where you are from the prospect of marriage at such a young age is probably not a very sensible one. Whether you have such deep rooted feelings for a person or not.
If it were me, I might say something like; 'I care deeply for you too, I don't think I'm ready to talk about marriage yet, we should get to know eachother much better...see how things develop...'
This way you won't sound as if you are rejecting him completely and you'll have some time to think.
You never know what the future holds.
Do yourself a favor and step back, take a look at the situation and try to be objective.
You don't want to get into something you may regret later.
Good luck.

Perhaps, Dusk, because such relationships are in the past and may be better left there. Rather than dwell upon them. I could understand that viewpoint too.

Sexy, yes, must agree with you there.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees that kind of difference in the way the women speak. It seems harsh in a way. (and I'm not just talking about young ones)

How about a 15+ year long distance relationship?
We were going to get married but things changed in our individual worlds. Now, though it's officially 'ended' we're even closer than before, best friends.
We can talk about anything (and do)

I can sympathize. You're not allowed any male friends at all and you'd better be where you say you are or else. Has he got other people watching over you for him yet?
I hate to tell you this but, he is not going to change.
Some women appreciate that kind of control others learn to deal with it with not too much stress on the relationship. If you can do it, more power to you. But if you don't think you can, my advice, (my opinion, no offence to anyone) get out while you can and hope he accepts the breakup peacefully.
Just don't ever think it'll get better or he'll lighten up. It won't happen.

There is a vaccine. It hasn't been made in large quantity yet because, as previously stated, there aren't any cases of human infection yet.* They're just trying to keep track of the whole thing so to be prepared if anything did happen.

*as far as I know at this time
