How is the Turkish Education System?

I am more interested in colleges/universities. Is there Associate degree (2 years college) and Bacharel Degree (4 years college)?

Can you tell me the end of the verbs when it is in different times?

I know some:

EK = future, like gelmek
yorum = present continuous....

I am a bigginer, not sure if what I wrote makes sense...
