I have a different theory.
Inspired by Turkey's approach to YouTube, George Bush and Gordon Brown are taking action in the interests of democracy and world peace to stop "bed" Americans and British from entering sites where they make comments criticising Turkishness.

 Yes, the turkish government has threatened George Bush once again to support turkey and their efforts. All bed Amerikans will be held to article 301.  I guess I must have slipped through, however I never criticize Turkey.

At this point we are not sure how the curse can be lifted but to get around it on your computer you can follow the steps outlined in the following thread:

I also could not open TC for the past few weeks. It becomes a real luck if I can open the TC using my laptop at home, like now.
When using my mobile, I can always open TC site with the mobile version. Yet if openning with computer version, it always gets the same problem.
Thanks, admin, I will try your instructions posted on the thread.

I have the problem only from my job, but at home with my att connections it never happens. I had assumed that my company was excluding sites they consider "education/travel" during peak hours to lower the load on their servers.
