10. Discussion on politics or religion and religious matters is allowed as long as the topic does not get personal or agressive. If a moderator or administrator thinks that a message or a title may have legal implications in Turkey or in the US, that message or title will be deleted

I am happy to argue anybody who thinks my posts ´HAVE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS´  in Turkey.

The reason given there should be discussed!!!

And I am happy to discuss it too.

I don´t think that the so-called pro-PKK messages were aggressive. I have not read any posting that supported PKK or said they are great. I do have read postings that touched the sore spot of brutal actions against people who are accused of sympathising with the terrorist just and solely because they belong to the same group - as if being a right wing American automatically makes you a KKK-supporter, how ridiculous that idea.

I do think however that there is not a communal view between mods. I think it is a very bad development when every mod can do what s/he thinks is right without consent.

First,we usually do discuss issues ´when needed´ between us before making a decisions about them

Second,we have the forum rules to get back too

Third,if we will take a permission to each action or decision we take or make,i think then there would be no need to have mods at all unless you think our main job is to do as we have been told !

We work as a team,each offer his/her point of view,and i believe we do have good understanding between us.

 Then it will give you more time to search about other topics other than these issues. I advise you to profit it.

I feel to give an explanation, even if we have an administration forum and we give our reasons to every decisionand every step we take. Moderators have been given some decision making responsibilities, and authorities. The moderators can use their powers taking its responsiblity, and they give an explanation for their acts to the administration forum. Though all of what they have done are usually changeable things. The threads may have been deleted or locked but the admin can undelete them or unlock them. If an admin is not happy about a mod, he/she can dismiss him/her. I have simply used my powers and the responsibility totally belongs to me and I envisaged all its consequences.

HOW come a mod lock or delete a post without a VALID reason, we, users, spent some time searching and writing them..
