if someone acts really dumb.. a turkish person will knock on something that will make a hollow sound hehe basically saying that you have a hollow head..

and this one is the ear pulling, lip smacking one hihi (im gettng as bad as you)

it means the same thing apparently, and you will pull one of your ears whilst making a loud kissing noise hehehe
