While i was studing i came cross this sentence.
Although it contain very easy words, but i couldn't get the meaning, then later and thx to k_s for helping,i understood its expression.
So i thought to ask our Turkish friend to help us to make a list of any expressions which can come cross us,and we may not get its meaning.

Here is the sentence, and k_s translation.

Ayhan yaramaz bir çocuk,hiç ele avuca sığmaz

ele avuca sığmaz = intractable, unruly

Ayhan is a naughty kid, he is very intractable .

So if you know any other expression can you add it here.

Much Thx .

ele avuca sığmaz = intractable, unruly
Bana mısın dememek = cann't get enough
Çalış senin de olsun= work,so you can have it
Senin olsun = would be yours
Eline Sağlık = 'like well done'
Kafam basmıyor= i cann't understand
Açık gözler= being sad cause some expeted things didn't happened

Any correction is much welcome too

do you mean that you are asking people to post popular expressions/idioms or just put expressions down with translations that non-Turkish people might not understand?
