Ciko - we are giving you honest answers to your questions. That is all. It seems to me that you don't like the answers..but you asked in the beginning of this thread about east/west issues. It isn't personal. I know YOU didn't say the YOU hate the west or the USA. But you asked a general question about how westerners feel about easterners with reference to 9/11 and 9/7. I am confused...do you want to know or not?

Hell no it's not difficult to understand...I live with it! But you broadly stated you hate the USA...not just the government. And you spoke for most Turks. Funny how many Turkish boys want to come to the US! |
I don't think he said HE hated the US but many people in Turkey did...I don't think we can say Ciko does or does not.

yes i want to know but suddenly people here started to defende their countries as if i swore at western..i only wanted to know masses' reactions to governments..because as far as i know there will be elections in USA and UK next year..but God ..what a big mistake i made..anyway..i dont wonder anymore.

I was using "you" as broadly as he used the "USA".
I get upset about this topic because I have a son who is in the Navy, out fighting this ridiculous war, a war that has turned the world against us, for a president who did not even win the popular vote!
I am scared for him everyday. My son has a wife and children at home..waiting for his return....it is a sensitive subject.

Girleegirl - I don't think most people in the world realize the heartache in most Americans over this. We want our soldiers home and safe. Most of all we want to put this behind us. It is a gapping wound for many of us. I hope your son is returned home safetly soon.

OK, here is my OPINION:
Forget East and west, to me they are only directions on a compass. You keep mention G.W. Bush but what about Osama bin laden? Bush is't just to blame here. Don't get me wrong I don't like the guy much either, but stop blaming one person for this chaos. Twin towers were hit, America got Saddam, he was executed, half of muslims not liking what happened to him, half of them happy, they made forces against one another making bombs etc (not just with one another)
USA in Iraq doesn't help matters I know but if anyone should take blame for this it's both sides. Whether we like it or not it's that way.
I'm not speak for EVERY person in England or Iraq or any other country but the west have been racist at points but again it doesn't help when some muslims do not like to "socialize" with westerns.
So again, BOTH SIDES!
