Turkey has a law system, which has been wholly integrated with the continental European system. For instance, the Turkish civil law system has been modified by incorporating elements mainly of the Swiss Civil Code, the Code of Obligations and the German Commercial Code. The administrative law bears similarities with the French Counterpart and the penal code with the Italian Counterpart.

Yes, Roswitha is right.
Türkiye has a law system, which has been wholly integrated with the Continental European Law System.
The Turkish Civil law ( like Swiss), The Administrative Law (Like France), The Criminal Law (Like Italy), The Company Law (Like England), The Commercial Law (Like Germany/England), The Law of Obligation (Like Germany), The Accounting Law ( Like Italy, Germany, England)…
And Human Rights?
Is there a fully Human Rights Law in the European Countries?
Can anyone or Press or Public Union criticize the State Policies and the laws in England, Germany, France and Italy easily?

There is a fine difference between "critisizing" and "insulting".... you are not very good at differentiating these two, are you?

As AlphaF says "critisizing" and "insulting" are very different concepts according to Law philosophy and practical.
As you know well "critisizing" is scientific and "Insulting" is a crime according to laws.

It IS the law 301 that can not amke this differentiation

If the law (301) is insufficient, unclear, unfair etc , let us get it corrected.
The idea is not to allow people to think "freedom of speech" is equal to "freedom to insult others".
