Yes sazan (carp) is a kind of fish that jumps to any kind of bait and therefore the word is used for people to immediately start talking on every opportunity.

ups.. I am from Romania and it is said that romanian language has the most bad words.. so this ones didn't seem to me so bad.. are soft
but I will take care with this words when talking to turkish people
But are this used often in Turkey? do u hear tham a lot? and i guess i can't ask if a girl talkes like that.

U unerstood wrong. I wanna say that this name was on the list, made by my parents, with baby names for me. together with Natalia, Doina.. And if I had that name i would have wanted to knwo what Nataşa means in slang turkish, i mean it would have been useful.
And by the way i noticed in turkish names from russian or romanian that mean something else:
