Yes sazan (carp) is a kind of fish that jumps to any kind of bait and therefore the word is used for people to immediately start talking on every opportunity.

ups.. I am from Romania and it is said that romanian language has the most bad words.. so this ones didn't seem to me so bad.. are soft
but I will take care with this words when talking to turkish people
But are this used often in Turkey? do u hear tham a lot? and i guess i can't ask if a girl talkes like that.
oh and by the way Goner.. someone already told me the word u wroth : çakozlamak is a very bad word and i shoulden't use it
