In fact the trick would work in any language that´s written in latin characters.

Dunno about arab, chinese, hindi, thai, vietnamese, japanese and such

 Whaha me too That´s my answer when they ask where I´m from or what religion I have. But after a while in Turkey I did feel that I wasn´t just dünyalý, but that I was also Hollandalý.

In fact, when crossing the border with f.i. germany, suddenly all the roadsigns seem to be just black and white. Also with belgium: suddenly everything just looks eehmm, belgian i would say.

 I am not sure but the only way to get rid of birthmarks is laser treatment I think :S
