Havaalanında karşılamak --> To welcome somebody at the airport.

Seni yarın havaalanında karşılayacağım ---> I will welcome you at the airport tomorrow.

Havaalanından almak ---> To pick someone up at the airport.

Seni havaalanından kim alacak ---> Who will pick you up at the airport ?

Onu havaalanından Ali alacak ---> Ali will pick her/him up at the airport.

Uçağın saat kaçta kalkıyor ? ---> [ what time your plane take off ?] when is your flight ?

Uçuş bilgilerini alabilir miyim ? ---> Can I have your flight details ?

Gecikme var mı ? -----> Is there any delay ?

Uçak zamanında inecek ---> The plane will land on time.

45 dakika gecikmeli inecek ---> The plane will arrive [land] with 45 minutes delay.

- çıkmak  as " to go  "

Don´t be surprised if you hear  people use "çıkmak" [to go out] as "to go"

Ben kahveye çıkıyorum. ---> I am going to cafe [men´s cafe]

But we should stick with "gitmek", in every case.

- Görmek as "to do work,job"

You may hear this idiomatic usage of görmek.

  Artık her işi sen göreceksin.

  From now on, you will do all jobs.

- Dediğinden çıkmamak

People use this phrase to dictate or warn someone to obey what they say without questioning.

  Dediğimden  çıkmayacaksın ---> You will do and listen everything I say.  [ You won´t do anything against what I say to you ]

- Gözü üstünde olmak

This is kind of warning ,when you say this, you are warning the person to be careful since you are watching him/her.

Gözüm üstünde ---> My eye is on you  [ I am watching you be careful cus I am watching you, ]

Gözleri senin üstünde --> They are watching you [ Their eyes are on you]

-Gözüne uyku girmemek ---> unable to get any sleep because of thinking/worrying/ upsets etc..

Dün gece sabaha kadar gözüme uyku girmedi. --> I couldn´t sleep last night. [ because of worries, thinkings..]

Boşuna nefesini  tüketme [ Don´t waste your breath ]

People say this when they don´ want to listen the person or they think his/her explanation won´t work, he/she can not convince them and it will be just a waste of time.

-Boşuna nefesini tüketme, seni dinlemem.

Don´t waste your breath , I won´t listen to you.

-Boşuna nefesini tüketme, onları inandıramazsın.

Don´t waste your breath, you can´t make them belive.

[ Don´t waste your breath cus you can´t convince them]

Ne hali varsa görsün -à I don’t care about whatever [the hell] he/she is going to do at all.

This phrase is a strong uncaring statement about someone with whom you are fed up, annoyed or angry with.

Ne halin varsa gör  -à   Do whatever the hell you want. It doesn´t bother me.

Ne hali  varsa görsün à Let him/her do whatever the hell he/she wants. It doesn’t bother me.

Ne halleri varsa görsünler -à Let them do whatever the hell they want. It doesn’t bother me.

* Usually it is used when you are unhappy with someone who is complaining about your efforts.

boylu poslu ---> This phrase is used when you want to describe someone who is tall  and having well-proportioned body.

Boylu poslu bir adam.

Boylu poslu bir genç.

Boylu poslu bir kadın.

şapur şupur öpmek ---> to kiss noisily and repeatedly

Anne çocuğunu şapur şupur öpmeye başladı. 

The mother started to kiss her child noisily / repeatedly.

Estağfurullah --> This is Arabic word we use, It means actually " I ask God´s pardon"

We use it  if someone praises you in terms which you regard, or affect to regard, as excessive. In other words, you use it when someone praises you or excessively praises you. 

The nearest English would be " You are too kind " or " You flatter me ".

*You may also use it if anyone belittles himself in your hearing by saying something on the lines of " How stupid of me ! " or " What an idiot I am ! "

So, you say to that person "Estağfurullah" which you mean " Don´t belittle yourself, you are not like that "
