my attempt as a learner

söyle ya = oh tell (me)

nasıl anlamadım = how did I not understand?

ama ya = but!

o sana ulaşır = he/she will be re-united with you

üzülme = don´t be upset

şimdi evde = (he/she is) now at home

o sorun oluyor ondandır = that problem is happening from her/him/it/that

I want to add something to Henry´s post.

o sana ulaşır = he/she can reach you(any way of communication)

o sorun oluyor, ondandır = that is causing the problem, that might be the reason.

Badi means elder/older...and we have a similar word Bacı which means Abla spoken by North Indian Muslims...In fact there are several words which are being used in India and are very close to their Turkish counterparts as in Tava-Tava(frying pan), Çatı-chhat (roof), Kalem-kalam (pen), borcam-boiaam (a glass jar like thing), çay-chay (tea) and many more.....its related to history...you must be knowing Babur...He was a mongol-Turk and he and his clan ruled India from 15th till 19th century...

sorry I had to laugh...that brand name " Hacı Şakir " makes me laugh for some reason..

Hacı Şakir sabunları , yes it is an old and good company brand name that started by producing soaps ,nowadays they produce shampoos and many other things. It is quality brand in fact...

The word " Hacı" on its own means = Pilgrim

and its a fashion among some youngsters to call eachother as " Hacı",it is just a way of youngsters talk..

Hacı has two meanings

1- The one who went to Mecca and did their haj (pilgrimage). They they become "hacı"

2- In slang, it means man, dude, pal.

Kuzum means "my lamb" however in informal speech it means my dear, honey

But at least we proved the English proverb "Great minds think alike." If we had disagreed on Hacı we would not be able to say we had great minds Cool
