Hello Nil
I hope you are well and Ali is okay at school, I had chat with Nesrin today and was going to phone you to surprise you and try and speak my learnt Turkish. I am booking a flight tommorow Nil to come and see Nesrin and visit you and Ali in June. I hope we can go out some days and have a bit of fun. Me and Nesrin thought maybe we could go bowling you Nes Ali and me. Hope to see you soon and I have your phone number I will ring you sometime.

Hi all,
I hope we are all well? I was not sure where to post this title so this part of the forum looked favourite. I wanted to tell people who live in the U.K. that are calling Turkey that I discovered a website called Telediscount you can phone Turkey for 5p a minute to a landline a mobile phone call is 15p a minute. There is no charge to your landline number to use the website all you pay is the 5p landline call or 15p mobile call, if like me you phone Turkey very often I have found this service very cheap, even better than my phonecard which is very good. For all of you that are intrested here is the website address, I am not sure what the details are for phoning other parts of the world but I imagine it is all on the website http://www.telediscount.co.uk/index2.php just
use choose a destination in right corner and all charges will be displayed

Hi all,
I am very excited by my first trip to Istanbul in June for two reasons firstly I love to travel and meet new people secondly is the meeting of my Turkish lady. We have been in constant contact now for over seven months share alot in common and get on very well and of course have seen each other much to the creation of the web camera. I am learning Turkish at a small pace but wanted to ask someone what should I be concentrating on with my first trip to Istanbul in June? I have a couple of months before I go but want to be able to chat with Nesrin when I get there order food book tickets and in general just be able to communicate a little which will please me so much. I have a Turkish friend Burak who helps me and I see him once a week for a chat but really want to know how much Turkish or what firstly I should learn, I am still very much a begginer to the language but a very keen learner, any advice on where or what I should firstly learn I would be appreciative
Thanks Loveprague
