Ah no! I was picturing a waiter coming to your table.
Then, you are right to use singular.

Yes - if the waiter came to the table and I was ordering on behalf of people sat at that table I would the plural.......but how many clubs do you know where there is a table - let alone a waiter lol

Today was around 17 degrees (in İstanbul), but they're saying that from the west cold weather is coming, and it will be effective in a few days

Maximum temperature in Manchester today was 8 degrees - but it felt much warmer as there was no wind and bright sunshine Went shopping without a coat today!!!

But it is dark and cold now.......

However, I like winter evenings.......light the candles and relax in a warm room with the curtains well and truely shut

But BTW if you want six beers, then you aren't going to drink all of them yourself, so in this case you should say "6 bira istiyoruz", "Biz 6 bira alalım", "6 bira alabilir miyiz"
Or "6 bira lütfen"

So I would use the plural even if I were on my own (at a bar for example) buying beer for people out of sight of the person serving me???

Besides - I have no difficulty drinking 6 beers on my own

Well it has been sunny here - but it is just starting to go dim now......not quite dusk but my living room window is shaded by trees so it is always a little dark in here.

I will have to light the candles soon
