It was cloudy and cold when I woke up......then it started snowing!!! I drove 30 miles to my other home and passed through really heavy snow but it was bright sunshine when I arrived - now it is getting cloudy :-S

These stem from mi which is the interrogative particle that forms yes/no questions......it is sort of a suffix in that it follows vowel harmony but is seperated from the preceeding word by a space.

It is used as in the following examples:

kahve isterin. - You want coffee.
kahve ister misin? - Do you want coffee?

bu bir kÃ¶peğim. - this is my dog.
bu bir kÃ¶pek misim? - is this my dog?

araba gÃ¶rdÃ¼. - he saw the car.
araba gÃ¶r mÃ¼dÃ¼? - did he see the car?

Would it be wrong to use olmak (to have) in this case......
Bir Ã§atal olabilir miyim lÃ¼tfen?
or would that imply that you want a fork that you can take away with you when you have finished your meal?

More explicitly the sentence would be:
