When I say about why this one when all others haven´t, what I meant was what about all the others? You can´t just pick and choose cultural or not. Like DD said, it´s not a cultural issue, it´s an issue of underage sex - and abuse! People just use it as an excuse to justify things that cannot be contained in the right way.
