Quoting CANLI:

Quoting bod:

anla-şıl-abil-mekte-y-se-m

Verb stem + passive mood + potential mood + mekte present + buffer consonant + conditional modifier + first person singular of "to be"

blah blah blah

bod,
Why did you used (mekte ) here ?

we use (makta ) in formal speach ,or advertising for a product, for employing..ect..things like that

The present,is the regular present'the present simple' as in English that takes (r) suffix

am i right or what ?? :-S
