I don´t know how it was at that time for the written turkish but since 1988´s when I went to school, it has not been like this. The right is "anlayacağım". You get the word stem by taking off the -mak/-mek and you add -cağım, -ceğim. 

But one thing is for sure that when speaking, you never say "anlayacağım", you just say "anlıcam".

I do not understand what you mean but if you explain to someone else the reason why you speak just a little, you can put it before turkceyi even if it is one year.

Your sentence sounds correct but there is an incoherency between the first part of the phrase and the latter. It should be rather:

Türkçeyi biraz konuşabiliyorum çünkü ...

In turkish as the word approaches to the verb, the emphasis on the word becomes stronger. 

The fact that you speak turkish just a little bit is justified by having started learning it one month ago. So, biraz should be placed before the verb.
