13 and 14 are correct slavica. 15 needs revision.
Have a look on rule 4.
BTW, it is "se vi yo rum" but "sev mi yo rum".

This one really seems to be causing difficulty doesn't it?????
Another way of looking at what are valid syllabuls is that you can only have zero or one consonants before the vowel, but you can have zero, one or two consonants after the vowel!
