homework question

I would like clarification of what it means if you put hiç before a negative statement

e.g Hayır, ben Ankara´yı hiç sevmiyorum.

does it mean never ?

This group has a new teacher, his name is Fcs. Unfortunately, Alper has other responsibilities at the moment and he is not able to help, as he initially intended.

Thank you to everybody who offers their free time to help our students. {#lang_emotions_flowers}

First of all of course i wanted to thank our new teacher for his time( Thanks Fcs!!) and i had a question in the homework,

i know we cant answer this homework yet but i was just looking through it and wondered

 Ahmet çok çay içiyor. i know it means ahmet is drinking a lot of tea (or am i wrong??) but if it does mean that then what would the question be??

Does ahmet drink a lot of tea?? Or Is Ahmet drinking a lot of tea??

Thx i know its stupid but just wanted to a clarification!!

Doudi, there is an example. If you check the example again you should be able to figure out how to complete that section for next week.

From the example it looks like you have to ask the question about the verb.

Example: Ayse okula gidiyor. (Ayse goes to school).

Question: Ayse okula gidiyor mu? (Does Ayse go to school?)

Answer: Evet, gidiyor. (Yes, she goes)

So if you have a sentence:

Ahmet çok çay içiyor. (Ahmet drinks a lot of tea.)

You have to ask: Does Ahmet drink a lot of tea?

etc...
