You interpret the sentence. Of course your translation is more meaningful but it can also mislead people. Sometimes you should translate things literally or you should mention that you are following another way. Because your version and the original version are gramatically completely different.

And why do you blame me about what the original sentence mean? I am not the one who wrote it. 

And by the way we can never be sure if she hit her car that tree. Because maybe her brother was driving the car.

I think the best way to translate a source text to a target language is to find out "how they would say it". The literal translation doesn´t often give the sense of the original..

We have different opinions. It is normal. We made our points. And now it is up to the learners how to deal with the matter.

I know mine is more or less same, or smilar to yours. But the turkish word for mission is ´ görev´

Again yours is good but instead of "daha ihtiyacı olmasa " its better to say " artık ihtiyacı kalmadığında  "

* ayrılman rica edilebilir.--->" istenebilir " is better
