Some certain questions rise up every week even though I don´t look for them intentionally while choosing the excercises. This time it was how to express the English ´so that, in order to´ especially when they are many in one sentence. The use of için seems very wide in Turkish, and the structure with -erek- also brings forth the meaning of purpose in many cases. Besides, in line with human thinking, a single juxtaposition with -ip particle is sometimes enough to express reason and result.

Confusingly, the structure with için has two forms. I don´t understand the difference between them.

Ateşi oksijenden edilmek mahrum bırakıp söndürmek için yanan madde yangın battaniyesiyle tamamen örtülmelidir.

Yangının, oksijenle ilişkisinin kesilerek söndürülmesi için yanan malzeme battaniye ile tamamen sarılmalıdır.

I did two things with your examples: 

1) Corrected your sentences. (for you to see the differences )

2) Gave an alternative version (for you to compare yours and mine )

Yours are a learner´s try and mine are a native´s way of expressing.. The difference between them is nothing but just "natural flow of the language".. I thought it might help you in devoloping your skills in Turkish.. but if you think it is useless and confusing but not a help, I can stop..

I´m always asking for something:

1. Have you ever gotten stuck on the side of the road with a flat? Hiç yolun etrafında patlak bir lastikten dolayı saplanıp kaldınız mı?

2. Do you want to be able to change a tire without having to ask for help? Bir lastik yardım talep etmek zorunda kalmadan değiştirebilmek istiyor musunuz?

13. They should turn easily at first. Onlar ilk olarak kolay çevirilebilmeli.

14. Lower the car without applying full weight on the tire. Arabayı tam ağırlığını lastiğin üzerine vermeksizin indiriniz. 

15. In Finland winter tyres are compulsory from 1st December to the end of February unless otherwise indicated by road signs. Finlandya’da, trafik işaretleriyle ayrıca belirtilmedikçe kış lastiği Aralığın 1’isinden Șubatın sonuna zorunludur. 

We use "kenar" (edge) but not etraf (around)  =>yol kenarı-

Saplanmak means to sink into.. if it was because of snow saplanmak would be the best choice..but not here... just use the verb kal- (stay)..you can trust its power  

Patlak bir lastikten dolayı hiç yol kenarında kaldınız mı?

Here is the short one..

Lastiğin patladığı için hiç yolda kaldın mı? 

Polite one? Here it is:

Lastiğiniz patladığı için hiç yolda kaldınız mı?

Cut "bir lastik" from the beginning of the sentence and paste between kalmadan and değiştirebilmek:

Yardım talep etmek zorunda kalmadan bir lastik değiştirebilmek istiyor musunuz?

Do you want to make it short? Don´t worry, the meaning will remain the same:

Yardım almadan bir lastiği değiştirebilmek istiyor musunuz?

The shorter, the more appropriate:

Yardım almadan bir lastiği değiştirebilmek ister misiniz?

(prepared and willing) => to exert a little effort 

küçük bir çaba sarfetmeye  <= (istekli ve hazırlıklı )

Küçük bir çaba sarfetmeye istekli ve hazırlıklıysanız lastik değiştirmesi oldukça basit bir iştir.

* the best equivalents for fortunately are allahtan and bereket versin, but they are pretty informal.. and I would prefer not to use iyi ki.. 

A question: why (değiştirilmesi) passive?.. değiştirmek (to infinitive) is possible too..
