I ve  seen just an ambiguoussness in the sentence that might work both ways, but if this conversation has taken place between you and that person then you can guess which one to choose. Or wait for someone that can give you more definite translation.

[Adem , we talked about you and also about Fırat.]

---------------------------------------------------

"Kulağını çınlatmak " [make someone´s ear ringing]  is a saying that means " talking about somebody"
