Let´s stop this this never ending discussion as poor LadyA is already upset by what she learnt in her translation.. to respect her feelings lets stop this stupid discussion.

its not that..it just this type of stupid arguments has been recorded many many times on tc, and never helped to learners , on the contarary its just given only one message that is   turks likes to arguing on  stupid things.

i havent been a member here for that long and every week i see fights like this here, its so silly and stupid. sometimes i just shake my head and thinking is this really a site for LEARNING and HELPING people with turkish language??, cuz it sure doesnt look like it most of the time.

To be honest, I have involved in many stupid arguments in the past too. And I realized that this type of arguments are just satisfying our egos but on the other hand it is being such a bad example for learners and it puts them off .

I agree withh Gokuyum, We should not involve our mothers in this. cos it is unacceptable and will cause a big fight.
