İm sorry Elham,kind of late,but you know what do they say

Here you are,
Dolma
And you would find many nice recipes too in arabic if you like.
Btw,i dont use potato at the bottom of the pan,i use onion and carrot,and tomato slides,and green peper if it wasnt included in the dolma and i dont use tomato paste,i use all fresh tomato.
As for Turkish,they almost make it same,but they use Zeytin sağ,olive oil

DOLMAS! my kaynana makes the best! She and her husband work together to make them. They are not too oily (like the neighbors). She also adds something red to it, maybe it is a touch of tomato paste? I think she said kirmizi biber...just a touch....really great! I stuffed my self full of them last time I was there! Dolmayim (can I say that?) ben dolma gibi...maybe!

Noone ever can make any kind of DOLMA and SARMA like the woman makes in CANDELA GARDEN in Cihangir... better than my mom does, i have to be objective!
its amazing... oh my god! i have missed it alot...

İts red pepper.
Actually,you can add what ever you like from spices,bahar,Dolma love bahar,but the trick is,you taste it before adding another one,or before adding more,so you would know what does it needs and at same time if you put some kinds of bahar together it would taste strange.
And NO Aenigma,i dont love food,however i've a good taste in food lol
