Here, 5 fundamental states [cases] were mentioned. I think you mean "genetive case" that is missing.

Bahçe [ nominative case, "garden"]

Bahçeyi [accusative case, the garden]

Bahçeye [ to the garden]

Bahçede [in  the garden]

Bahçeden [ From the garden]

Bahçenin [Bahçe´s]

Now this... I don´t understand where should stay im,um,üm and ım. Actually i understand for um,and üm. Um is for O,U / Üm for Ö,Ü. But where is using Im and İm.. :/

Am I right ??  

And for genitive is:
(n)in--> E,İ
(n)ün--> Ü,Ö
(n)ın--> A,I
(n)un--> U,O
Am I right ?
