Nostalgic hmmm yes it may be.

If a new person come to your home firstly you ask if he wants to drink Turkish coffee or not. Mostly they will say oh no dont be tired But you must be insistent. You have to ask 2 or 3 times. You have to say pls drink And after that little war. If he dont want to drink you must go to kitchen and make tea. You dont need to ask if he wants to drink or not. He have to drink it Then you must serve cologne.

In your home you must save alot of thing. Your kitchen will be as a storehouse. Rice, sugar, patetoes, onion, bulgur, all vegetables for one week, beans, chichpea, flour, salt, dry mint, dry thyme, black pepper, red peeper, actually all kind of peppers, salça (tomato sauce) , min two kind of oil, margarines, must be butter, olive, cheese, kinds of jams, eggs (min 30 egg ), cummin, lime, and kinds of spices oh lots of things i cant count anymore

And after tea you must serve fruit. If its winter how happy to you. Only apple and orange is enough. But i m sorry for you if its summer you must serve kinds of fruit. Watermelon, apple, pear, banana, grape etc etc.

Its our life style we love eating
