Hi there...

i know this sounds strange. but I recently returned from turkey over a month ago...the wierdest thing i think i did was eat brain/intestines, everything else SOUP after a night out.

Now i realised what i was eating at the time...but i never thought i would enjoy it or crave it being home. i hear alot of turkish people eat it.

does anyone know what i am talking about and if so, do you have a recipie for it?

(its oily and got garlic in it...)
Thanks

Hi there everyone...

I'm just interested in ideas about what to get my turk boyfriend. We are not together at the moment and thought it might be nice to send something, or order online and have it sent to him.

I miss him soooooo much!!! Inshaallah we can be together soon and the presents I can give him would be real kisses
