for a start there wasnt den suffix ,and I think görmeliydin would be translated as either

you should have seen or

you ought to have seen

Bazen kavgalar yemeğin tuzu, Biberi gibidir. Nasil yemeğe tuz biber tat verise. tartismalarda sevgiye renk katar tat ver

 

sometimes agruments are like adding spice to the food, if this is how it adds spice to the food,

also those who argue give colour and add spice to love
