Alfa, yes, you can call it. he tries to induce his seriousness with the statement "it was not clear enough", when actually he is not clear enough. he thinks he is funny. his ways of being funny may withold him from getting into the second class.

however, waisting "ways of calling" and words in criticising is not practical here. for you, AlfaPh. there are no manufacturing defects. just impurities.

I really touched something so precious to him..
It must be the reason why he keeps changing his post from second class to third, fifth ...He is unable to keep cool..

I agree with you about manufacturing defect issue..
People are not born normally as manufacturing defects. But later in the life the way your family teaches you who you are, the schools you go, the work you do can result in defect personality.
Ah.. too much 'weed' may cause the same effect btw..
