I need some sensitive explanation about this sentence:

"Suggest ways to make the boss more popular with the team."

If someone can explain well, or translate to Turkish very well, it'll be good for me.

Thanks

İ dont know what team, but it means
You make some suggestions so when the boss of the team follow them, the team will like him more.

Team as workers together; you, your workmates etc.

Thanks. However, it is not very clear for me yet

Well caliptrix,if you are a manager,or a coach,or something like that,and you are leading a team.
So you must collect people arround you so you can lead them better.

So this sentence is asking about new ways, and some suggestions anyone can make them to that manager,so when he follows those suggestions, his team will like him more.

Being popular with the team, meaning having more fame exactly like movie stars, when they are popular means people love them.

İ wish thats make it closer.

Are there many people who memorize Kur'an in Türkiye ?

Not any more than those who memorize the bible in the Bible Belt States in the US. I don't know how people get the idea that memorization of the Quran in Turkey is a big issue of importance that needs to be resolved. It is very strange.

Well,i didnt understand you quite well,to me memorizing Kur'an is something important, and i admire who was able to do it,its not easy really
İ remember i was memorizing the whole 30th part, and a bit of the 29th while i was learing back in school, and unfortunately,i didnt know what a bless i was in untill i forgot it,and start to use the smallest Ayat in my prayer, and now i dont memorize them, except only some Ayat
İts a hard work when you getting older i must say.
So i really appreciate who've done it

As for the devoted Muslims wear the rings,or the bands on the right hands,i never heard of it.

But it's like this here.
Look at our Islamist prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He's married for over 25 years, he wears his ring on his right hand although the norm is the left hand.

İs it gold ?!
Or its just my eyes ?

I just have never heard of two people getting engaged and the man gets an engagement ring.

The Wedding ring for men is same as the wedding band there,we just call it Wedding ring.
Men dont get 2 rings, its just one Wedding band,or engagement band.
İ will explain what i know,
When a man and a woman get engaged, they both exchange the wedding bands, and the both wear them on their right hands,so people knows they are engaged.
So you can call them now engagments bands.
And here, woman get the Wedding ring as well,it can be diamond,or gold.
And then when they get married,at the wedding ceremony, they change the bands from the right hands to the left hands.
He change hers, and she change his.
So,they both now wear the wedding bands on the left hands.

As for the devoted Muslims wear the rings,or the bands on the right hands,i never heard of it.
