Thank you caliptrix you were of big help once again!
So, If I want to say :
" Someone that knows spanish talked to me " =
' İspanyolca bilen biri benimle konuştu '

But what about:
" I found someone who knows spanish " ?
I dont think I can say " Ispanyolca bilen biri buldum"
Bu dogru mu yanlis mi?
Tesekkurler,
Dilara.

Selam herkese. I have a big doubt and I am sure you can help me!
It is about "Participles" in turkish language.
As far as I have read you have the :
- Subject Participle : - En / -yen (after vowels) and
- Object participle : -dik but my question is :

WHEN should I use "-en" and when should I use "-dik" because I cant see the difference clearly yet.
Does -en / -yen only apply to PRESENT TENSE ?
I have seen one example like this and cant understand the difference :

Çalan zil - the ringing bell
çaldığı zil - the ringing bell

Lutfen, kafam karıştı!

I will explain as it was explained to me:
Verb "gelmek"

Gelemeyebilirim : I may not be able to come
Gelmeyebilirim : I may not come ( There is a possibility of not coming . I may come or not - depends on something else)

Gelmeyebilirim : depends on the speaker's WILL , he isnt sure in advance BUT
GelEMEyebilirim : Doesnt depend on the epeaker's will but on circumstances.

Hope this helps !
Dilara.
