samimi= genuine/ sincere

there are too many words like this:

1. gerçek(ten), hakiki.
2. içten gelen.
3. içten, samimi.

s. içten, samimi, sadık, gerçek, hakiki; sahte olmayan. sincereness, sincerity

and those arent even inc. vallahi etc.
can they all be used in the same way..?? im guessing not..!?!
