yeah... one moral in life is to expect and hope for nothing as then, anything good that does come ones way can be classed as a bonus

It's not really a word but i love when they throw their heads backwards and click their tongues as a disaproving 'no'.

hehehe I was surprised when my german friend found it very strange and made fun of it, when I did this gesture. I found it surprising because I thought everyone in the world was doing this

hehe i had got so used to doing that in turkey, that when i came back here to the uk.. i subconsciously did it at school... only for my anlamsız friend to be totally confused... hehe she said "what the hell does çık mean" (çık being the sound as i hope u could have guessed!! hehe)

strange how little things like this even differ...
another one like that is when turkish speakers just say "he" to kind of approve of what ur saying or to show that theyr following ur train of thought... i do that a lot too... i think that people are gonna start worrying about me hehe

I went to istanbul years ago when i was about 15 and so I don't remeber to much, but i did like it and would love to go back some day.

As for my favourite, it would have to be Paris. Especially if you can share it with somone you love.

u can share any place with some1 u love

Quoting Kelebek:

Thanx for your advise patience.. but i never disrespected that lady...it is what i have heard of her from many people... i have never seen her..nor talked to her... i dont really care who she is or what she is... i dont care about anything of that sort..i am not jelous at all..because i know that she's not the one for him...he also knows that.. here its a small town..and everything gets spread fast.. i have never asked about his life EVER!!! but ppl just told me themselves..
I just want to know the answer to the questions that are eating me up,,,,because i know it was true love..
as i said before he is not with one person..he is with many..she was just an example of who he is with...
but again..i would never judge someone from what i hear unless i see it.. this is just between me and him.. those girlls are out of it.

i think that the fact that he was like a brother, mother etc. as well as a bf to u may have made him have second thoughts about your relationship. maybe everything was too much of a burden? maybe he didnt want someone to rely on him as much as u seemed to have done kelebek, cnm.
im very sorry to hear about what happened and despite whatever iv said up there, i do think that what he did to u, just like that was a terrible thing. but there is a reason for everything. herşeyin nedeni var yani

and always remember that life is not always full of laughter and happiness... lots of negative things will happen to someone throughout their whole lifetime. but as u are young, as am i, i believe that people like this shouldnt get u down. we shouldnt allow them the privelege of even entering our thoughts after doing sth. like that.
this is as much as i can comment on what u have said though, as i dont know either of you at all... and have also only heard ur side of the story.
i prefer to judge situations after having heard from both sides...

take care cnm
öpt.
x

hey people... (=

i have recently learnt that if talking about sth. plurally (in turkish...obviosuly...) only part of the sentence has to be spoken as if its plural.

lets take an eg. from that beautiful song:

"yıldızlar tutamaz" meaning, "the stars cant restrain me"
its not, "yıldızlar tutamazlar"... i know this and that would just sound odd anyway... so...

i also think that you can say sth. like:
"o kızlar" meaning, "those girls"
not, "onlar kızlar"... for the same reasons formentioned

so what about "onlar kız"... can that be said too??
it just sounds rather strange to me but i need to learn these little thangs so that i know every single thinggg...

şimdiden çok sağol arkadaşlar...
