An interesting question but I haven´t been to too many just 3:

 But on second thought, and looking at his previous posts, I think he is watching it in turkish on turkish channels but he just wants subtitles in order to help him understand better what they´re saying.

I think he watches it in arabic because nowadays a lot of turkish series are in arabic.
