There is something that is difficult for me to inderstand, what I'm talking about is Turkish word order. I can see short sentences are easy to understand but long ones are somehow difficult and confuse for me. Could anyone give me a brief explanation about that, please?
Thank you in advance.

Quoting TURQuazman:

ok thanks, Ayla made great, but not perfect!

I made clear about the man something that "nereden geldiği belli olmayan" and his is talting nonsense, SO this indicates that I am against to him and I can talk little bit rude or argo, unknown is correct in one on one translation, but meaning is not fully covered!

You are English speakers, you can do BETTER! I am waiting for perfect.

note: (I AM PERFECTIONIST)

I agree with you TURQuazman, I'm also a perfectinıst person. I try to learn turkısh the correct an perfect way. But I'm still bad at turkısh. I just know a lıttle bit of it.

nerden geldiği (in english you must take this (kim olduğu) belli olmayan bu adam da kim, neler saçmalıyor?

İ'm sorry this sentence is not clear for me. It seems to me that compound words or phrases are used in this sentence. Could you be kınd to give me a brief explanation, please? That's the way I'll be able to understand and learn a little.
