Quoting peacetrain

I´m only going to comment on what I witness myself.  In school, 50% of our children are Muslim, from India, Pakistan, Kenya, Iraq, Iran, Croatia and Serbia.

Yep, that just about sums the UK up! lol

 Please clarify. In what way does it sum up the UK?

Contented, having spent a lovely afternoon with my grandchildren.  My 2 year old grand daughter is obsessed with the story of Little Red Riding Hood and she has taken to calling me Grandma Hood . . . I sound like a gangster!! {#lang_emotions_lol_fast}

I´m so glad this thread resurfaced.  I remember reading it at the time and almost made a comment but decided against it.

Hilarious Aenigma, I forgot how entertaining you can be at times .

Seems I know more about your religion than you sweetie -

 sweetie . . . hmmm oft used here through gritted teeth .

As for my preaching.  I´ve never done any preaching about my faith, not here, not anywhere. People can do and think what they like about religion and faith, it´s a personal thing.

Obviously my invitation to you was tongue in cheek.

I think we´ve exhausted this for today.

Cool....I was looking at getting a sloop to live on. Almost bought a Frisco Flyer, but chickened out at the last minute. It´s too hard to compress my posessions into such a small area.

You know wood boats require a tremendous amount of maintenance. You may want to look into that aspect of boat ownership. I did.

 Well that Frisco Flyer looks very small indeed.  Canal boats, on the other hand, can be quite spacious, although never as spacious as a house.

  If you do (like Peacetrain) then you are going against the Quran.

  Is this the whole point of your rants? Wait a minute . . .  {#lang_emotions_lol_fast}

I didn´t fall into the trap you think you laid.  I needn´t have told you anything at all about what I do but I kinda like to wind you up.  You get so hot under the collar and begin preaching from Qur´an.  You´ll be advocating Sheriah in the UK next.

p.s. If you need more information on becoming a New Muslim I have a great selection of websites you can visit and ask all the questions you want.

But you, and the local muslim community are going against the Quran in doing so...

 You can say what you like and stamp your feet as much as you wish Aenigma. You aren´t my judge and your rants about Islam and Muslims are worthless.

Quoting bod

Tomorrow I am hoping to go and look at canal boats........

Having had a fire at home a few weeks ago and therefore being effectively homeless at the moment, I am thinking I might use the money I get from insurance to buy a boat and move out of the city

I´m sorry to hear of your ill luck and hope you get everything sorted out soon.  You are lucky you didn´t get hurt yourself.

But what an opportunity! To live on a canal boat!  I would love that!  BUt . . . would there be security issues?  Good luck with your search anyway.
