Wow..
For the first time, my columns about Armenian issue are getting praises from a Turk : angelxiao
I will recommend you to read the story he mentioned (the story was told by his grandfather) in his response :
http://www.turkishclass.com/columns/thehandsom/2010/06/25/armenian-question-iv-final-

Those stories are sometimes more powerful than any argument.

Thanks Angelxiao..

I might be wrong but somehow I always think there is a strong connection between denial of Holocaust and anti antisemitism and racism..

Hm, I think the common currency has up and down sides. Downside, you don´t have a national currency policy (basics economics, has to do with export and import, and changing exchange rates). However, trading with euro countries has become more attractive for "outsiders" since you don´t have to deal with tiny currencies and a dozen exchange rates. I think the main point that people need to remember is that the EU can never be a cultural alliance. Some people try to create this, with a flag and a song and everything, but it´s just a fabrication. As a economic alliance it makes sense, and can be very effective. But the governance of the EU is slow, and biased by cultural problems.

I think Euro has been a great success so far. I remember many Asian countries were kind of threatening UK by telling them they will stop investing, if UK rejects to join Euro. It is simply too easy to deal with one currency..

And yes EU economic alliance is the BASE of EU. EU together is a major player in the world. As far as the volumes are concerned, individual eu countries are not a match to those big cats like china usa japan etc.. EU will be getting more and more effective in coming years in my view..

Sezenler olmus

Seni yerlerde göklerde bulamazlarken...
Bende gizli oldugunu sezenler olmus...
Dumlu dumluymussun yüregimde..
Kimil kimilmissin bileklerimde...

Domur domur ter isil isil fer
Ellerimde gözbebegimde..

Aramizda daglar yollar yillar var iken...
Beni sana simsiki sarili görenler olmus...
Sargin yaprakmisim dallarina
Yangin toprakmisim yagmurlarina...

Türkü olmussun... umudummussun
Sevdama yarinlarima...

Somebody has noticed

While they could not find you on the earth or in the sky
Somebody has noticed you were in me, secretly
They said, you were the gallops  in my heart
You were the throbs in my wrist

Sweat drops, shining radiance
In my hands, in my pupils

While there are hills, roads and years between you and I
Somebody has seen me wrapped around you tightly
They said, I was an ivy attached on your brances
I was some dry soil for your rainfalls

You become a song.. my hope
For my love, for my tomorrows

Well sometimes, the things/feelings/emotions you thought you have forgotten for a long time, are spilled out without a shame beacuse of a song like this   :

I am begining to think if we are talking about the same thing?

Look at the website and look at southeast or Turkey? Look at the colours!!

http://secim.haberler.com/2009/

Almost all critics/scolars/politicians even the army  are accepting the fact that Kurds are supporting BDP.. The very Kurdish people are telling you that. I am sorry but you coming back as ´BDP is not supported by Kurds´ is something no one believes.. And I still dont understand why you are trying insist on this? lol

I can even understand people saying ´they do support  buy they are threatened by PKK´ because there is admission there  about the support.. But trying to prove that Kurds dont support BDP is a joke!!

Yet another exaggeration. At least 90% of the Turks think ´Turkey belongs to Turks´ is an idiotic slogan. And guess what.. you are not the only one thinking that way.

So please, stop making it look like you are the last and the most clever and educated Kurd this planet has ever seen.

Well, I dont think you are telling the truth with that.. Turkey has the biggest racist party of Europe..They have the vote 20% at least.

But I welcome you for ridiculing the racists slogans.. I hope you will join me in calling "andimiz" as racist as well..

The rest of your post is based on the fact that I was Kurdish..

It was a seriously wrong assumption..lol

So. Stop messing around and say you are with the option a or b?

It is a very simple question..

(repeating again as you refuse to answer it lol )

a) Give their rights to Kurds and live with them peacefully (Banning their language and trying to assimilate them and insisting ´there are no kurds´, forcing them ´look you are Turks´ did not work)

b) Insist that it is terrorism only (like we did since 198 and accuse USA and EU and see more people dying and eventually see Turkey being split.

ps.. If you really dont know what rights taken from Kurds and asking for a list, and if you are serious on that question I am afraid to say to you but, you should really just stop arguing with me and look around if  the country you have been living in is called Turkey really. lol lol

I would spend a day like this if I were you:

-Bosporus Tour from Eminonu (Bosporus Line Ferry): (it is almost a day..it wont be back before 17:00 I think..)

-Fantastic view all the way.. see all the yalis..

-Go all the way till Anadolu kavagi-last stop-(Dont get off in sariyer..Its borek is oily..it will make you fat!!!)

-Dont eat first..But be energetic and climb to the castle at the top..A fantastic view!! it really is..But you will go through a cafe before arriving..have a turkish coffe first there to catch your breath..watch the view..walk down...and eat something... fish of course..may be calamari..(I love fried muscles )

-And come back to Eminonu..

(well if you feel adventurous, you can get off at Sariyer and go to sadberk hanim museum..(http://www.sadberkhanimmuzesi.org.tr/english/main/frame_corporate.html)

But check the timings carefully..it says museum closes at 17:00..and comingt back to eminonu from sariyer might be a nightmare at that time..

yes the original one is "el terazi, göz mizan" but obviously some people modernized it

It is just  same as  "göz kararı". As your mother tells you how much water to add to the meal you are cooking

Well this caught my eye and I learnt that  it actually is :

"el terazi, göz mizan, essek bes yüz, sipa iki yüz elli gram" lol

And it is used to emphasize how obvious the situation (or subject) is.

It is so obvious that you do not need to investigate further..
